Corvette Club Design DONE!

You may remember me posting some of the works-in-progress on this project a while back. Over the past few weeks I have had to place this shirt design on the back burner to get more pressing projects out of the way, but I finally got to get back to it last night and finished it up (the front of the shirt anyway) this afternoon.

The shirt is for a local Corvette Club. They do a car show each year that showcases corvettes as well as hot rods and other kick ass vehicles. One of the clients I have prints thier shirts every year. I am happy with the way the design came out. We were trying to go for more of a gritty, old-school hot rod feel because every shirt that previous artists have done for them over the past three or four years has been really flashy, gleeming, shiny art so we decided to change up the feel a bit this year.

I am hoping to get the back done over the next couple of weeks (again, bigger and more pressing projects are just ahead) and I'll post it up once its complete. The event they need these for is at the end of May so we have plenty of time. By the way, the blue border around the art is to show the color of shirt it's going on.
